No cancellation and refunds are entertained. Only exchange is provided in case of size issues within 7 working days. Exchange shipping fee will be chargeable which is a prepaid fee and wont be accepted if the fee is not paid.
Customers who place orders placed via COD, will need to give a mandatory Re-confirmation of the order via IVR call and WhatsApp that is sent by us to the customer's contact number on the same day of placing the order. If NO Re-confirmation is given by the customer in 48 hours on any of the mediums, the order shall stand cancelled.
Orders placed via COD , if cancelled, after dispatch has been completed, the concerned customer will not be provided with a COD option for future orders. We do not entertain such fraudulent activities.
